ERC is developing a state-of-the-art greenfield second-stage of oil refinery in Mostorod, 40km northeast of Cairo which produces over 4 million tons per year of light petroleum products including LPG and diesel, adjacent to existing facilities owned by Cairo Oil Refinery Company (CORC), a subsidiary of Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
Al-Basmalah has been awarded the execution of fire fighting, HVAC and plumbing system through SIAC.
